Our team collaborated with Dr. Alemán in providing each student with an informational folder. We reached out to different JMU departments and organizations for flyers, pamphlets, and small fun items. Each folder had an itinerary that provided an overview of the day. Students carried the folders around and used them as resources throughout and after the event.
